What we collect
When you contact us or book a meeting through twinleaf.io/calendar, we collect the name, email address, and any notes you provide, along with the time you choose.
We also collect standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use booking details only to schedule your meeting, send you a calendar invitation with a video call link, and follow up about the meeting you requested.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Google account data
Our booking tool connects to Twinleaf's own Google Calendar to create meeting events and Google Meet links. It only creates and manages events on Twinleaf's calendar and does not access any visitor's Google account.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
Booking details are shared with Google (Calendar and Meet) and our email provider only as needed to deliver your invitation. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking information as long as needed for the meeting and related follow-up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing matt@twinleaf.studio.
